We are thrilled to be able to assist you get your specific question or issue answered. There are training videos and instructions in the member’s area, but we know that there may still be the odd question that you have and we are here to help.

We aim to reply to all tickets within 24 hours -- However, sometimes during peak weeks or when we update or add to training, there may be many questions we are dealing with and you may experience a bit longer wait time.

We appreciate you and are happy to let you know that we have received your requests and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Also, keep in mind that there are regular, Live Training webinars were you can get additional instructions, advice and other help as well!
