Thanks for the video George, it is a great reminder that we should all be split-testing on a regular basis and that it shouldn’t be thought of as creating extra work but actually creating some easy extra cash out of an existing asset.

But, as far as GSniper type sites we’re supposed to build, aren’t the headlines kind of restricted to the target keywords?
Well..yeah sometimes if I manage to get a 2-3 word keyword phrase, then perhaps I can play around with split-testing but most of the time the keywords I target are long-tail, and that pretty much becomes the headline itself.
I’m sorry, but I’m not quite getting it, or perhaps you could share with me 2 different variations of the actual GSniper type headlines which has made a difference?

Your video is a great reminder that we have to “always be testing.” Paid traffic guys (and gals) are always testing. They are paying for their traffic so they have more incentive to test. But we SEO guys sometimes forget to test our offers. Those of us who focus on SEO tend to be consumed with content creation, backlinks and rankings — and as a result we forget that we are also “Marketers.” And huge part of being a marketer is to “always be testing.”
